Mia Manson is a pole vaulter for the University of Michigan’s Wolverines women's track and field program, and she's defying gravity. Mia comes from a First Family of prestigious pole vaulters (her father held the state record in Colorado for 32 years only to have the record broken — by Mia's brother, Max). Mia has made a name for herself on TikTok by giving a backstage pass to the demanding life of a D1 athlete. She grants glimpses into training, fueling for track meets, school spirit (Go Blue), and lively locker room antics (often featuring her blonde bestie, Outshine's own Riley Ammenhauser). Hailing from Colorado, Mia's heart is in the outdoors. She's been rock climbing since she could walk, always a daredevil chasing a rush and seeking new summits.
