EMILY HARRIGAN

Emily Harrigan’s ultimate goal is to help others. Sidelined after a devastating injury, the retired D1 soccer player candidly connected with a fan base on TikTok and Instagram during her long recovery. Emily spoke openly about her mental health and the doubts, worries, and pressures that can come from competition, pushing a once-taboo subject into the open. Traits that made Emily an elite athlete — inspiration, passion, and confidence — are parallels in her social media brand. And even though she’s hung up her cleats, fitness and wellness remain a huge part of Emily’s life, and she champions the youth soccer community through her work with ECNL (Elite Clubs National League). She has graduated with a master’s in Sports Science at University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.
